• CA/MBA Finance or

  of 10 -12 years in a similar finance management role, ideally in the
  manufacturing sector.

  understanding of financial regulations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost
  management.
  
• Expertise in
  handling financial operations related to imports, exports, and foreign
  exchange.
  
• Excellent
  leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  

Key
Responsibilities:

Financial
Planning and Strategy:

Lead financial
planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Develop long -term
financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Monitor financial
performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Financial
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and
present financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash
flow statements.

Conduct financial
analysis to provide insights into business performance and areas for
improvement.

Report financial
data and trends to senior management to support strategic decision -making.

Cost
Management and Optimization:

Implement cost control measures and
optimize financial operations to enhance profitability.

Conduct cost -benefit analyses for major
projects, investments, and initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads to manage
budgets effectively and ensure financial discipline.

Treasury
and Cash Flow Management:

Oversee cash flow management, ensuring
liquidity and optimizing working capital.

Manage relationships with banks and
financial institutions for funding, loans, and other financial services.

Monitor and manage currency risk in
relation to imports and exports.

Compliance
and Auditing:

Ensure compliance with all financial
regulations, taxation requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate internal and external audits,
addressing findings and implementing improvements.

Stay updated on industry regulations and
financial trends to ensure best practices.

Team
Leadership and Development:

Lead and develop the finance team to
improve efficiency and achieve departmental goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and
provide training to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Foster a collaborative environment and work
closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Imports,
Exports, and Financial Management:

Manage financial aspects of international
trade, including foreign exchange transactions and compliance.

Oversee financial documentation related to
imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Risk
Management:

Identify and mitigate financial risks
through effective financial controls and risk management strategies.

Develop and implement internal controls to
safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
