About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to drive financial management and support activities critical to our growth ambitions. The ideal candidate must have a strong financial management background and an exposure to software companies. This role will be based in Bangalore and will have to work on a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all core finance functions – accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management

• Manage compliance with statutory obligations, tax regulations and audit coordination.

• Implement robust internal controls and financial processes to scale operations effectively

• Partner with leadership to assess financial implications of business decisions and investments

• Lead and co-ordinate financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships

• Support negotiations and integration activities during M&A transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and risk mitigation

• Drive improvements in finance systems, analysis tools, and reporting dashboards to enhance decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting

• Minimum 7 years of finance experience with significant exposure to software companies

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with attention to detail

• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP solutions

• Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Powerpoint

• Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in fast-growing environmen
