Job Description - Senior Finance Operations Analyst - US Business Services

Title: Senior Finance Operations Analyst (US Business Unit)
Summary:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for administering sales reporting from distributors and wholesalers to ensure accurate and timely sales reporting. This role will work closely with distributors to ensure contract information is communicated accurately. The role will also assist the Pricing and Contracts team to review and research customer level pricing and membership information. The Operations Analyst will also work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and streamline the Distributor sales reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, Process, and Maintain distributor sales reporting – 80%
• Upload distributor sales report files into Pricing Administration System (Vistex/SAP)
• Accurately analyze and process Sales submissions, audit accounts, resolve, reconcile, and send out monthly reports
• Identify unknown (distributor-reported) customer accounts and send information to Customer Data Team to create new accounts if needed
• Identify, analyze, and resolve class of trade matters by collaborating with Customer Data Team • Address and/or escalate issues with pricing disparities
• Monitor Pricing Operations mailbox and address distributor-pricing requests
Assists Maintaining Buying Group Memberships and Distributor Accounts – 10 %
• Continuous investigation and maintenance for existing GPO members and distributor accounts to ensure accurate pricing
• Work with the sales organization and pricing and contracts staff to resolve moderately complex issues and discrepancies.
Additional responsibilities – 10 %
• Assist in the development of documentation for the Hollister Pricing System and Standard Operating Procedures
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and new techniques in assigned areas of responsibility
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth distributor sales report processing
Requirements:
• B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, preferred • 5-8 years overall business experience required
• 4+ years experience in pricing and contracting, distributor sales reporting processes, preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel required; Power BI preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills required • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently required
• SAP knowledge required
• Proficiency with Business Information Warehouse (BW) or similar query tool preferred
