Role Responsibilities:\n\n * Design or modify electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings or specifications of moderate scope under general supervision \n\n * Perform basic engineering analysis under general supervision \n\n * Perform and generate basic engineering test reports; generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product releases \n\n * Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical or electronic components and equipment, and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues \n\n * Troubleshoot a variety of moderately complex electrical problems \n\n * Implement concepts for product issues and electrical solutions of moderate difficulty \n\n * Assist in the development of electrical product specifications \n\n * Clearly communicate complex information in straightforward situations\n\n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree\n\n * 4 - 8 years of related experience\n\n\n\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * A solid understanding of the industry\u2019s key business drivers \n\n * Good communication/interpersonal skills to explain complex information to others \n\n\n\n\n * Key Responsibilities\n\n\n * Expert level technical support in the resolution of FPGA design and application issues\n * Create design and specification documents, test plans and progress reports. \n * Conduct obsolescence risk assessment for prompt risk mitigation strategy and implementation to ensure product manufacturability and sustenance.\n * Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues.\n * Participate in resolving customer complaints \u0026 escalations through root-cause analysis and corrective-preventive actions.\n\n\n * Functional Knowledge (Required Skills/Experience):\n\n\n * Extensive knowledge of RTL design language.
