Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Angular, along with experience in architectural design and leadership. This role involves end-to-end development, designing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices that are scalable and high-performing.
  

• Work on end-to-end full stack development with strong backend and frontend (Angular) capabilities.
  

• Implement and manage Kafka-based event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.
  

• Contribute to system architecture and design patterns for enterprise-grade applications.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality solutions.
  

• Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, security, and testing.
  

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices.
  

• Strong knowledge of Angular (10+) for frontend development.
  

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and data pipelines.
  

• Solid understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and distributed systems.
  

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and database integration.
  

• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
  

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  

• Excellent communication and ability to work in an agile environment.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
  

• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  

• Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT and secure API development.
