Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and modern front-end technologies. The role will involve designing scalable Salesforce solutions, developing reusable components, reviewing system integrator deliverables, and collaborating with architects and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  
  


• 
  

  Build integrated front-end experiences and back-end services on Salesforce.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and consume Salesforce APIs and implement integrations using middleware technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Optimize application performance while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Review and validate solutions delivered by system integrators.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement automated testing and maintain high code coverage.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay updated with Salesforce releases and platform capabilities.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

  
  


• 
  

  Salesforce Platform Developer II certification – Mandatory.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Salesforce DX and Git/version control.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience developing and consuming Salesforce APIs and integrations.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with CI/CD and deployment practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
