Senior Fullstack Developer Frontend Focus: Customer Dashboard

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus to design and build customer-facing dashboards that surface usage data, billing information, authentication history, and market intelligence insights.

This is a frontend-heavy role, with primary ownership of React-based user interfaces and API integrations, while also contributing to lightweight backend or middleware services where data orchestration or transformation is required.

The customer dashboard will integrate with third-party platforms such as HubSpot (knowledge base and support cases) and Chargebee (subscriptions, billing, and payments), in addition to internal services.

In addition to application development, this role requires strong architectural judgment around where and how the customer portal is hosted, how it integrates with the company website and mobile applications, and how the underlying infrastructure scales securely on AWS.

You will collaborate closely with Billing Engineering, Platform, and Product teams to consume internal and external APIs and translate complex, multi-source datasets into intuitive, secure, and high-performing user experiences.

What You'll Do:

Customer Dashboards & Frontend Development

• Design and develop secure, authenticated customer-facing dashboards.


• Develop intuitive interfaces and workflows for:




• Usage metrics


• Subscription, billing, and payment details


• Submission and authentication history


• Market intelligence and analytics insights


• Knowledge base access and customer support cases




• Translate complex data and category-based insights into clear visualizations and user experiences

API Integration & Backend Support

• Integrate frontend applications with:




• Internal APIs for usage, analytics, and platform data


• Chargebee APIs for subscription, billing, and payment management


• HubSpot APIs for knowledge base and customer support case visibility
  
  




• Work closely with Billing Engineering and Platform teams to consume exposed APIs


• Build lightweight backend or middleware services when required to:




• Aggregate or transform data


• Orchestrate multi-service workflows


• Manage authentication, authorization, and secure access




• Ensure data reliability, consistency, and observability across services

Platform Architecture & Deployment

• Help define where and how the customer dashboard is hosted


• Design and implement integration patterns between the customer portal, public website, and mobile applications


• Collaborate with Platform and DevOps teams to ensure:




• Scalable and secure AWS infrastructure


• High availability and performance as customer usage grows


• Clean separation between frontend, backend, and shared services




• Contribute to decisions around deployment strategies, environment setup, and infrastructure evolution

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define requirements and user experiences.


• Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.


• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications as the platform evolves
  
  

What you bring:

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend-focused Software Engineer


• Strong experience building modern SPAs using React (Vue acceptable; React preferred)


• Experience with Python or another backend language, using frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI


• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services


• Experience building dashboards, analytics, or data-heavy user interfaces


• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data access


• Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms


• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases


• Strong understanding of web application deployment architectures


• Experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS (e.g., ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS, API Gateway, Cognito)


• Understanding of how web applications integrate with mobile clients and public-facing websites


• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with Chargebee, HubSpot, or similar SaaS platforms


• Experience with billing systems or usage-based SaaS products


• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts, D3)


• Experience building middleware or API aggregation layers


• Exposure to analytics or market intelligence platforms


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
