Senior Functional Consultant - Enterprise Asset Management

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience in EAM system implementation and management. This role involves setting up user accounts, configuring equipment profiles, establishing preventive maintenance schedules, defining KPIs, developing SQL queries, configuring business rules, and managing data migration for Hexagon EAM.Key Responsibilities :User Account Management : - Set up user accounts and access permissions within the EAM system to ensure appropriate levels of access and security.Equipment Configuration : - Configure equipment profiles and attributes to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of assets.Preventive Maintenance Scheduling : - Establish preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for routine maintenance activities to enhance asset longevity and performance.Performance Measurement : - Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure asset performance and maintenance effectiveness.Data Extraction and Analysis : - Develop SQL queries to extract relevant data from the EAM database for reporting and analysis purposes.Workflow Automation : - Configure Flex business rules to automate workflows and processes within the EAM system.Data Migration : - Identify data sources for migration and use the Import/Upload Utility to import data into Hexagon EAM efficiently.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related -field. - A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.- 6 to 10 years of experience as an EAM Functional Consultant, with extensive knowledge of EAM systems, preferably Hexagon EAM.- Proficiency in SQL and experience in developing complex queries for data extraction.- Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.- Experience with workflow automation and business rule configuration.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills :- Experience with Hexagon EAM system is highly desirable.- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management strategies.- Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Personal Attributes :- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
