Senior Gen AI Python Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Python backend development. This role is intended for professionals with 5–8 years of experience who can independently own complex technical initiatives, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor team members, and engage effectively with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, high -performance Python backend services and REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, Retrieval -Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings.
  

• Ensure solutions are production -ready, focusing on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval -Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search.
  

• Hands -on experience with Agentic AI systems, with strong knowledge of frameworks like PydanticAI, LangGraph, CrewAI, and similar tools for building and orchestrating autonomous agents.
  

• Proven experience delivering end -to -end GenAI projects with complex business or technical requirements.
  

• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, and backend technologies
  

You should have

• Overall 5+ years of experience.
  

• Mentor junior team members through code reviews and technical guidance
  

• Work closely with stakeholders and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Strong GenAI -based problem -solving mindset with hands -on experience.
  

• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly to clients and internal teams
  

• Familiarity with secure coding practices, performance optimization, and deployment workflows
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client interactions
