We are seeking an experienced Senior Genesys Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and optimization of Genesys Cloud / Engage Contact Center solutions. The role involves driving large-scale contact center transformations, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable Genesys environments.
• Develop advanced call routing, IVR, and customer engagement workflows.
• Integrate Genesys with CRM, WFM, and enterprise applications.
• Implement AI-driven solutions (chatbots, voicebots, predictive routing).
• Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Act as SME, handling escalations, performance tuning, and optimizations.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud / Engage.
• Strong expertise in SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Programming knowledge in Java/Python/C
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Genesys Certifications (GCP/GCE), AI/ML exposure, Agile experience.
