Job Description - Senior GL Accountant

Role: Senior GL Accountant-Finance

Key ResponsibiliƟes :

Financial OperaƟons & Management

 Own all day-to-day finance funcƟons including accounƟng, reconciliaƟons, invoicing, and

cash flow management.

 Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor creaƟon, PO creaƟon and

approval workflows.

 Prepare monthly P&L, Balance sheet and perform variance analysis for group

enƟƟes(India,US).

 Prepare Cash forecast and manage cash requirement for group enƟƟes (India, US).

 Running monthly payroll for all India employees.

Compliance & Audits

 Manage statutory and tax audits for India enƟty

 Ensure Ɵmely compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements

 Liaise with regulatory advisors for Ɵmely filings and governance for India enƟty

QualificaƟons & Skills

 5 plus years of experience in AccounƟng and India compliances

 Strong understanding of Indian regulatory and tax environment (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.)

 Strong experience with ERP system like Netsuite , Zoho payroll

 Experience in SaaS/soŌware environments preferred

 Excellent aƩenƟon to detail, organizaƟon, and communicaƟon

 CA Inter / CA Finals is preferred
