We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Director who blends strategic thinking with exceptional executional ability. In this hybrid role, you’ll not just direct – you’ll also design, create, and deliver. From leading the visual identity to rolling up your sleeves and designing high-impact campaigns, your job is to make the brand visually irresistible and consistent.

Role Split

• 60% Execution – You’re expected to directly work on key design projects, lead final execution, and produce deliverables across digital and print formats.
• 30% Visualization – Conceptualizing campaigns, guiding creative direction, and developing visual storytelling ideas for products and brand narratives.
• 10% Vendor Coordination – Managing external vendors, printers, and production houses for timely and quality execution of assets.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority creative projects: brand campaigns, app and web assets, social media visuals, videos, event branding, etc.
• Own the brand’s visual language and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide graphic/motion/UI designers while also being their creative peer.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams on campaign planning.
• Translate briefs into powerful visual stories and emotionally engaging
