Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead the design and development of marketing, branding, and communication materials (social media, website, presentations, infographics, brochures, etc.).
  
• Create original illustrations, icons, and layouts aligned with business objectives.
  
• Work closely with marketing, HR, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality creatives.
  
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency across all platforms.
  
• Mentor junior designers and contribute fresh ideas to elevate the brand’s visual identity.
  
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
  

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus).
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
  
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of design projects.
  

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
  
• Exposure to fin tech or corporate branding.
  
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts.
