Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually engaging UI for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with various departments to create training videos.

• Ensure design consistency with brand strategy and guidelines.

• Create original graphic content (images, sketches, tables) for marketing and product development.

• Present and defend design concepts to peers and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• MBA preferred, but not required.

• 5–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

⏰ 4:45 PM – 3:45 AM | 🌙 Night Shift | Work From Office only (Monday – Thursday)
