Job Description - Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail -oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and oversee the development of high -quality visual content across digital and offline platforms. This role combines hands -on design work with team leadership, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring high performance and creativity.
Oversee the end -to -end design process from concept to final execution
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals
Review and approve designs, graphics, layouts, and final outputs
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Handle vendor coordination for print and external design work (if required)
Ensure designs align with business goals and marketing strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, )

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

Experience with digital, social media, and branding design

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently
