Senior Graphics & Animation Design Engineer

The Senior Graphics & Animation Design Engineer will lead the creation of high -impact animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling assets across product marketing, brand communication, and digital platforms. This role demands deep expertise in animation principles and Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional proficiency in After Effects, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging animated visuals.

Animation &
Motion Design Leadership

• Design, develop, and
  deliver advanced motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and explainer videos
  
• Own animation quality,
  storytelling flow, timing, transitions, and visual consistency
  
• Lead animation
  concepts from storyboarding to final production
  
• Create high -impact
  product demos, technical explainers, and promotional animations
  

Creative Direction
& Branding

• Ensure all animated
  and visual outputs align with brand guidelines and creative standards
  
• Contribute to creative
  direction for campaigns, product launches, and corporate storytelling
  
• Continuously elevate
  visual quality through modern animation styles and techniques
  

Tools &
Technical Expertise

• Demonstrate
  expert -level proficiency in Adobe After Effects for complex animations and
  compositing
  
• Strong hands -on
  experience with:
  

            Photoshop

            Illustrator

            Premiere Pro

• Apply advanced
  animation techniques such as keyframing, easing, masking, compositing, and
  visual effects
  
• Optimize animations
  for web, social media, presentations, and video platforms
  

Cross -Functional
Collaboration

• Partner with
  marketing, product, engineering, and sales teams to understand requirements
  
• Convert technical or
  product -centric concepts into clear, visually engaging animated content
  
• Manage feedback cycles
  and deliver projects within defined timelines
  

Mentorship &
Process Improvement

• Mentor junior
  designers and animators on animation best practices
  
• Define and improve
  animation workflows, templates, and asset libraries
  
• Stay updated with
  industry trends, animation tools, and emerging visual techniques
  

Qualifications
& Experience

Minimum
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
  
• 8+ years of
  professional experience in animation and motion design
  
• Proven expertise in
  animation -heavy roles with a strong portfolio
  

Preferred
Qualifications

• Experience with 2D/3D
  animation pipelines (e.g., basic Cinema 4D / Blender knowledge is a plus)
  
• Experience producing
  technical animations, product explainers, or demo videos
  
• Strong understanding
  of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic principles
  
• Ability to review and
  guide animation quality at a senior level
