Deep Domain Knowledge of London Market in Credit control underwriting and claims area

Role and Responsibilities:

• Candidate should come with experience in Lloyds of London market
• Will be responsible to manage Mosaic operations with role including people management, client management, attrition, process management, SLA KPI management, MBRs QBRs, etc.
• Having experience of working on improvement projects will be preferred
• Managing 75-80 people

Work Mode: Work from Office 5 days 

Shift Timings: UK shifts

Travel Frequency: Domestic travel between Pune and Bangalore and international travel basis requirement
