Senior Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Senior Heavy Vehicle Mechanics for a leading transport and trading company in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining multi -brand heavy commercial trucks and buses. Candidates must be proficient in laptop -based diagnostics, diesel engine overhauls, electrical troubleshooting, transmission repairs, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy commercial vehicles using OEM and multi -brand diagnostic tools.
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, ECU, and CAN Bus system faults.
  
• Perform engine, gearbox, differential, clutch, and transmission overhauls.
  
• Repair hydraulic braking, steering, suspension, and auxiliary systems.
  
• Interpret wiring diagrams, fault codes, and technical manuals.
  
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy vehicles.
  
• Provide breakdown and roadside assistance when required.
  
• Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
  
• Ensure compliance with workshop safety and quality standards.
  
• Mentor junior technicians and support technical training.
