Key Responsibilities:
â Manage end -to -end recruitment and onboarding activities
â Handle employee relations and grievance management
â Support payroll coordination and attendance management
â Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
â Maintain HR records, MIS, and documentation
â Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives
â Coordinate training and development programs
â Support performance management and HR policies implementation
â Work closely with factory operations and department heads
