Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior HR Executive to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment while ensuring smooth HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (50%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.


• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.


• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate offers.


• Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment MIS and reports.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Generalist (50%)

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.


• Maintain employee records and HRMS data.


• Coordinate probation confirmations, exits, and employee lifecycle processes.


• Support employee engagement activities and performance management.


• Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and employee data.


• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal processes.


• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.


• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.


• Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS.


• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
