Senior HR Generalist

• Process full payroll cycle for all employees, including calculations for wages, deductions, and tax.
  
• Manage all statutory compliances, including timely and accurate filings for EPF, ESI, and TDS.
  
• Maintain and update employee records within the payroll system.
  
• Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Stay updated on new and changing labour laws and their impact on our policies
  
• Generate detailed payroll and compliance reports for HR and finance teams.
  
• Assist with internal and external audits.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  
• Proficiency with payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and tax regulations.
  
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
