About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR professional / HR Manager to take ownership of the organization's internal hiring function and build a structured, scalable talent acquisition process.

The role will also involve working closely with portfolio founders and leadership teams to support critical and leadership-level hiring across portfolio companies.

This is a hands-on role suited to an HR leader who can combine strategic stakeholder management with strong execution and sourcing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  Own end-to-end recruitment for the organization across business and corporate functions.

  Institutionalize internal hiring processes, systems, trackers and talent pipelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with senior management on manpower planning and organizational requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Support portfolio founders with leadership and critical-function hiring.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles and drive mandates from sourcing to closure.

  
  


• 
  

  Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, professional networks, referrals and recruitment partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen and evaluate candidates against role requirements and organizational culture.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, compensation discussions and offer rollouts.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive offer negotiations and ensure strong joining conversions.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage onboarding and induction processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring trackers and HR documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Support employee engagement, performance management and broader people initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a key point of contact between management and employees.

  
  


• 
  

  Work independently while managing multiple hiring mandates and stakeholders simultaneously.

  
  

Ideal Candidate

• 
  

  10–15+ years of relevant HR / Talent Acquisition experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in senior and leadership hiring is strongly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in financial services, Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking or related sectors will be preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of the financial-services talent landscape.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to work directly with senior management, founders and business leaders.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other hiring platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on, self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

  Strong organizational maturity and ability to manage confidential/senior-level hiring mandates.

  Postgraduate / Master's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
