Payroll Executive – Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Apartments / FMS Industry)

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, including housekeeping, security, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and salary inputs before payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, and Labour Welfare Fund.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
  • Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for resigned employees.
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for employee data updates.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and statutory documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

  • Payroll Processing
  • PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • HRMS / Payroll Software
  • Good Communication & Analytical Skills
Experience Required: 3+ years in Payroll, preferably in Residential Apartments, Property Management, or Facility Management Services (FMS).
