Senior HR Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional MBA/MSW HR professional with 5 to 8 years of core HR experience in a prototype development
facility, R&D center, or advanced engineering setup

 Key Responsibilities

 Talent Acquisition & Niche Hiring

• Take
  charge of end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical and R&D
  roles.
  
• Take
  full ownership of the candidate pipeline, ensuring an organized and
  transparent hiring workflow.
  

 Employee Engagement & Trust Building

• Design
  and execute engagement calendars tailored for creative, highly skilled
  R&D and technical professionals.
  
• Act
  as a dependable, approachable partner for the workforce; handle employee
  grievances with absolute confidentiality and integrity.
  
• Communicate
  engagement initiatives with high clarity to drive active
  participation and high morale.
  

 HRIS Maintenance & Dashboard Analytics

• Take
  absolute ownership of maintaining, updating, and optimizing the
  Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Design,
  generate, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR dashboards, headcount
  metrics, turnover analyses, and workforce reports for leadership review.
  

 Required Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Education: Full-time MBA in HR or MSW - HR from a
  recognized institute.
  
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of core HR experience, with mandatory exposure to a
  prototype facility, R&D center, high-tech engineering design setup.
  
• Technical
  Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in managing HRIS platforms and
  building comprehensive HR dashboards/analytics.
