This position is primarily responsible for the support of our HRIS system (Workday) and secondary support to other HR applications like Cornerstone and HR ServiceNow. Provide initial Tier II troubleshooting and support; participate in various system related projects; create/maintain system documentation; and partner with stakeholders to understand needs/requirements in order to provide appropriate support and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide initial Tier II support through answering routine questions; executing transactions; troubleshooting and resolving production defects or issues; implementing enhancements within established SLAs and quality standards Primarily responsible for Workday modules like: Security, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, HCM, and others Provide testing support for releases, upgrades, or enhancements Participate in and consult on system related projects and continuous system and process improvements Create/maintain system documentation (requirements, configuration, test cases, SOPs) Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal partners. Required Qualifications
Have 2-5 years of relevant Workday experience covering multiple modules Experience configuring security in Workday Basic Knowledge of human capital management tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Broad understanding of various HR related processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention to detail skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently Creative thinking and strong dedication to customer service Basic knowledge of EIBs, integrations and reporting. Experience handling highly sensitive information in a professional and secured manner. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of 3 year or more Preferred Qualifications
Solid consultative skills. Experience working on a global team Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Power Point and Word. Operational knowledge of Cornerstone’s LMS and HR ServiceNow About Our Company
