Sr HR Executive cum Operation
Shift -10am to 7pm
Alternate Saturday off
Sunday fixed off
Salary -35k to 42k
Need 4+yrs of exp into recruitment and Operations both
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the whole hiring process, including sourcing,
screening, offers, and induction.
• Employee Relations: Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and promote a
cooperative, positive atmosphere.
• Performance Management: oversee performance evaluations and assist with staff
development initiatives. Create checklists, SOPs, and KRAs.
• HR Policies: Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure
that HR documentation and employee records are accurate.
• Training & Development: Coordinate internal training programs. Support learning
initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
• Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities, wellness programs, and
improve morale.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain HRMS, manage records, and analyze HR metrics for
management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to core HR functions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem -solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and other HR tools
