Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Administration: Lead and optimize all HR administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute numerous activities related to shoots, promotions, training, and PR, ensuring flawless delivery.
- Environmental Management: Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment by implementing best practices for environmental control.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate and address departmental needs proactively, ensuring full support and seamless operations.
- Compliance & Legal Management: Oversee legal contracts and compliance renewals, ensuring strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Travel Administration: Coordinate Pan-India team travels, providing comprehensive support and logistics management.
- Facility & Contract Management: Manage facility compliance and contracts for houses and EBOs, ensuring efficient operations.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work culture, effectively resolving grievances and supporting conflict resolution.
- Training & Development: Organize and manage training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in senior administrative roles, preferably within the fashion and apparel industry.
- Proven expertise in managing HR administrative functions and event coordination.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Must be aged between 30 to 40 years.
