Strong communication skills,
driven, and in -depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to:

·       Business Combinations / Purchase Price
Allocation

·       Goodwill Impairments

·       Gift and Estate Valuation

·       409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718)

·       Reviewing of 3rd party valuations

·       Assembling market/guideline/comparable financial
and valuation data

·       Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.

·       Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes
etc.

·       Financial Modelling

·       Understanding of US Tax laws will be preferred.

·       Financial Reporting and Regulatory compliance
under IFRS and/or US GAAP

Requirements

What you bring in:

·       CFA, CA, MBA etc.

·       CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred

·       Proven hands -on experience

·       Ability and interest to work on multiple
high -value projects simultaneously

·       Demonstrated proficiency in financial management
software or willingness to learn

·       2 -5 years’ experience in business valuation field

·       Ability to think laterally and analytically

·       Excellent written, verbal and presentation
skills

·       High attention to detail and excellent
analytical skills
