Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst to drive end-to-end implementation activities for enterprise SaaS healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise, hands-on experience implementing SaaS products, and the ability to work closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute implementation activities across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure accurate system configurations.
  

• Configure product modules based on client workflows and operational requirements.
  

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post go-live phases.
  

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless implementations.
  

• Identify implementation risks, proactively resolve issues, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to customer retention and expansion opportunities.
  

• Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of healthcare SaaS solutions.
  

• Provide implementation guidance and best practices to customers.
  

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS implementations.
  

• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT systems and workflows.
  

• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and clinical workflows.
  

• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and X12.
  

• Experience managing client communication and stakeholder relationships.
  

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  

• Willingness to work with overlapping US business hours.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
  

• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospital systems, or health-tech organizations.
  

• Exposure to implementation methodologies and project management practices.
  

• Experience supporting post-production deployments and client onboarding.
  

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
