Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our enterprise customers and business teams across the globe, enjoy resolving problems, identifying root causes of issues, and thrive in a team environment. The incoming person would be responsible for end-to-end ticket resolution and communication with the customers and other stakeholders within the SLA, escalations to the internal teams based on SOPs, creation of internal knowledge based articles and perform engineering support activities as and when required.

• You participate in product engineering design phase to define capacity, establish SLOs and business continuity.
• You implement infra tasks to achieve highly available solutions for business requirements
• You enable installation, management and maintenance of CDP infrastructure of Zeotap.
• You ensure production is delivering performance, fault tolerance and high availability guarantees.
• You evaluate and generate and evaluating alternative solution concepts and architectures on GCP cloud.
• You strategize infrastructure usage, scale and performance and continuously optimize for best cost/capacity benefits.
• You troubleshoot and solve production issues collaborating with engineering.
• You are responsible for incident and change management services.
• You ensure Zeotaps infosec controls are in order from privacy and security perspective around any changes and new solutions.
• You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. 
• You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time  

• 3-7 years of experience spread across the internet and product companies.
• Hands-on in maintaining cloud infrastructure. GCP is preferredIAAC mindset.
• Terraform experience is a plus. One scripting language is must have.
• Any one NoSQL DB handling experience.
• Strong OS and networking/OSI knowledge including cloud networking concepts. Hands-on experience preferred.
• Hands-on exposure in deployment of IPSEC tunnels especially intra cloud.
• Understanding of Linux security controls like CIS benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and their implementation.
