Senior / Lead Level | Full-Time | Hyderabad or
Coimbatore, India (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer
with 10–14 years of experience to manage, automate, and secure enterprise
infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal
candidate brings deep expertise in Linux/Windows administration,
containerization and orchestration, identity & access management, and
infrastructure automation, along with a track record of supporting
mission-critical industrial and enterprise applications through their full
operational lifecycle.

•       Manage and
support enterprise server environments and industrial/application
infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

•       Design,
build, and maintain Helm charts and containerized workloads; lead Docker/Podman
to Kubernetes (K3S) migrations and orchestration.

•       Integrate
applications with centralized identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, AD, LDAP)
using Keycloak to deliver SSO and unified authentication.

•       Develop and
maintain automation and health-check workflows using Ansible, Python, and Bash
to reduce manual operational effort.

•       Own CI/CD
pipeline design, deployment automation, and GitLab administration, including
troubleshooting runner and build failures.

•       Drive
infrastructure and application vulnerability remediation, OS/kernel patching,
and security compliance activities.

•       Lead
disaster recovery (DR) drills, environment migrations, and release/change
deployment activities.

•       Provide
L2/L3 incident, problem, and change management support following ITIL-aligned
processes.

•       Coordinate
with cross-functional infrastructure, application, and vendor teams on server
delivery, patching, and network segmentation.

•       Support
onboarding of new applications, POCs, and technology evaluations to enhance
platform scalability and operational efficiency.

•       Manage SSL
certificate lifecycle and monitoring/alerting configuration across the
environment.

•       10–14 years
of experience in Linux, Windows, VMware, Cloud, and Automation technologies.

•       Hands-on
expertise in Ansible, Python, Bash/PowerShell scripting, and Git-based CI/CD
pipelines.

•       Strong
experience with Kubernetes (K3S), Helm, Docker, and Podman in production
environments.

•       Working
knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

•       Experience
with identity and access management platforms: LDAP, FreeIPA, Keycloak,
Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO integration.

•       Solid
understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices.

•       Red Hat
Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and/or Red Hat Certified Engineer
(RHCE).

•       Microsoft
Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent Microsoft infrastructure
certification.

•       Prior
experience supporting industrial/IoT or retail-technology assets (e.g.,
self-driving vehicles, smart checkout systems) is a plus.

•       Experience
with orchestration/flow tools beyond Ansible (e.g., custom automation or
low-code flow platforms) is a plus.

•       Bachelor’s
degree in computer applications, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related
field (or equivalent practical experience).

•       Reduced
manual operational effort through automation of repetitive infrastructure
tasks.

•       Stable,
secure, and audit-ready infrastructure with proactive vulnerability
remediation.

•       Reliable
CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments supporting rapid, low-risk
releases.

•       Strong
cross-team collaboration enabling smooth onboarding of new applications and
platforms.
