About the Role:
Are you passionate about transforming learning experiences into engaging, impactful journeys? As a Senior Instructional Designer at Infopro Learning, you will lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions from concept to completion. You’ll manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and leverage your creativity and instructional design expertise to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Needs Analysis & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define effective learning strategies.

• Content Design & Development: Develop engaging learning assets, including games, gamified modules, simulations, micro-learning, and mobile-first content. Create high- and low-level instructional designs aligned with adult learning principles.

• Technology Integration: Integrate innovative learning technologies and Gen AI tools to enhance learning efficiency. Use rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, and Adobe eLearning Suite.

• Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct thorough reviews of learning solutions, create storyboards, assess Alpha/Beta versions, and ensure quality and effectiveness of learning assets.

• Collaborate effectively with SMEs, Art Directors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with objectives.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 3–6 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in corporate or higher-education sectors.

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy), and blended learning strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of original thinking.

• Skilled in tools such as Articulate Storyline/Studio, Adobe Captivate/Photoshop/Flash, Camtasia, and Snagit.

• Excellent English communication skills.
