Based in Pune Eon and reporting to Mahantesh Patil, this role focuses on development using SAP CPI and SAP API Management, including integration with SAP SuccessFactors via OData. The individual will collaborate closely with Solution Owners, Centres of Excellence, Business Analysts, and vendor IT teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The role also involves guiding junior team members towards achieving shared team goals.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Develop and maintain integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).\n * Design and implement APIs using SAP API Management.\n * Work with SAP SuccessFactors OData APIs to build and support HR-related integrations.\n * Collaborate with Solution Owners, Centres of Excellence, and Business Analysts for requirement gathering and solution design.\n * Coordinate and collaborate with vendor IT development teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.\n * Follow Agile practices for iterative delivery as well as support Waterfall-based projects where applicable.\n * Guide and support junior team members to achieve overall team objectives and project goals.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Bring 7\u201310 years of overall experience in integration development.\n * Possess strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI.\n * Have practical experience with SAP API Management for building and managing APIs.\n * Exposure to SAP Advanced Event Mesh.\n * Experience with SAP PI/PO is good to have.\n * Hold SAP Integration Suite Certification.\n * Have working knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs.\n * Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and engaging with multiple stakeholders (e.g. SO, CoE, Business Analysts, vendors).\n * Able to work with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.\n * Capable of mentoring and guiding junior colleagues in the team.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
