Senior Interior Designer Client Acquisition & Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 2D and 3D design tools, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring concepts to life while meeting client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Interior Design team.
• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
• Convert design consultations into successful project closures.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, and execution teams.
• Prepare space plans, BOQs, and design presentations.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Support business growth through excellent client engagement.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Strong experience in client handling and design consultation.
• Team leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and MS Office.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for luxury residential interiors.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (Mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong client-facing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading a design team.
• Comfortable handling premium residential clients.
• Willing to relocate to Hyderabad, if required.
• Looking for Female from North
