Your Community

The tech team is the engine room of Adventus.io, responsible for the technical development, direction and alignment of our products. It provides engineering practices, development, release management and issue resolution so we can deliver world class experiences for students in study abroad market while delivering superior value and experience for our partners.

Your contribution 

You will play an integral role in shaping the journey of our platform’s to a new technology stack and microservice architecture. We are looking for a senior level, full stack developer with a background in PHP Laravel, VueJS and AWS; someone with a keen interest in technologies and a GitHub profile to demonstrate it.

Your backstory 

·        Minimum 5 years of working experience in a technical hands on software engineering role, with some proven leadership, coaching or mentoring experience

·        Experience developing high volume distributed systems, and using event driven architectures

·        Passionate and always eager to help drive the engineering rhythm and process of the team from planning, design, scripting, deployment, and support

·        Frequent software development meetups/workshops to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies

·        Dedicated to continuously improve and develop your strengths & talents

·        Possess excellent time management and written/oral communication skills

·        Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to establish a good rapport with business stakeholders

·        Thrive on solving complex problems with simple solutions

·        You have a passion for all things “Full Stack”
