Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably from a product-based company or with strong experience handling product-based IT hiring. The candidate should independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders, and drive positions to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and product-based IT roles.


• Handle hiring for Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other technology positions.


• Partner with hiring managers, technical interviewers, HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.


• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular recruitment updates, and ensure timely feedback and interview coordination.


• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.


• Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, role suitability, and compensation expectations.


• Manage interview scheduling, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups.


• Build talent pipelines for niche and critical technology positions.


• Track recruitment metrics, maintain recruitment reports, and ensure timely closure of requirements.


• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.


• Experience working in a product-based company or handling recruitment for product-based IT organizations.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage hiring managers and technical teams.


• Proven experience handling multiple technical requirements and niche skill sets.


• Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.


• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.


• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor and meet hiring targets.


• Willingness to work in a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) model.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.


• Strong exposure to product engineering, SaaS, or technology hiring.


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive hiring decisions and closures.


• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
