Senior IT Specialist (Azure Infrastructure & Microsoft 365)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Senior IT Specialist to manage and support the organization’s cloud infrastructure, Microsoft ecosystem, enterprise networking, security operations, and client integration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure operations, endpoint management, security, and client-facing technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

  • Storage, Backup & DR
    
  
  
  • MFA and Conditional Access Policies
    
  
  
  • Endpoint and device management
    
  
  


• Support onboarding/offboarding activities for employees and clients.
  


• Lead infrastructure integration, migration, and implementation projects.
  


• Troubleshoot issues related to Azure, O365, networking, security, identity management, and endpoints.
  


• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and solution planning.
  


• Monitor infrastructure health, backups, alerts, and security posture.
  


• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
  


• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using PowerShell or scripting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Azure or Microsoft 365.
  


• Experience in Managed Services (MSP) or client support environments.
  


• Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
