Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role involves designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for scalable and high-performance applications.
  

• Implement and optimize Kafka-based event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.
  

• Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to build robust systems.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.
  

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  

• Contribute to technical strategy and innovation initiatives within the team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  

• Proficient in Apache Kafka for messaging and streaming solutions.
  

• In-depth knowledge of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems.
  

• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  

• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
  

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployments.
  

• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalable solutions.
  

• Knowledge of security practices (OAuth2/JWT) in API development.
