Job Description - Senior Key Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Enterprise

Sales department to leads a team of Key Account Managers/ Enterprise Sales Officers. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in team handling in Enterprise/Telecom sales, proven

leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance. The

Key Responsibilities:

â¢ Lead and manage a team of KAMs/ESOs

â¢ Develop and implement effective salesstrategiesto achieve salestargets.

â¢ Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team

success.

â¢ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.

â¢ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

â¢ Prepare and present regularsalesreports to management.

â¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

â¢ Any graduates, preferably MBAs

â¢ Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar profile

â¢ Strong leadership and team management skills.

â¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

â¢ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
