Senior Lead Air Fulfillment & Ticketing Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 30-50 air fulfillment specialists supporting international clients.
• Oversee ticketing, fare filing/audit/load, re-issuance, and refunds with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to drive operational excellence.
• Act as the key point of contact for overseas clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree's from any major
• 3+ years of experience in air fulfillment, ticketing, or airline operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GDS platforms (preferred).
• English fluency is a must.
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work in a possible shifting arrangement if needed.
