Build collaborative relationships with the business stakeholders sharing a commitment to their success Collaborate with Developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that their deliverables meet the acceptance criteria * Work closely with Salesforce Industries Leader and the Digital Advisor from Insurance to develop POC's, POV's and accelerators for the Insurance industry. 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce role with at least 2 of those being within the Insurance Industry 5 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques Vlocity Platform Developer & Vlocity Insurance Specialization Certifications Sound understanding on CPQ & Salescloud Knowledge of Agile methodologies and understanding of software development process Ideal Mindset: Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations. Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings. Strong work ethic. You are a team player and lead by example.
