Job Description:
Position: Senior Lead Finance & Accounts
Key Deliverables:
• To Manage the financial accounts of the company and group companies, this involves the day-to-day accounting function and ensure closing of books in time bound manner on periodic basis including periodic bank reconciliation, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny etc.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly as well as yearly financial results in accordance with IND-AS
• Ensuring compliance with respect to related party transactions
• Compiling /designing MIS/Decision Support system, Budgets & Forecasting
• To ensure statutory compliance with respect to GST, TDS, Prof tax, etc
• Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company.
• To handle various audits like Internal, Statutory, RBI, GST, CAG audits and so on
• Designing and strengthening the Internal Financial controls and SOP’s of Finance & Accounts function
• Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery and development of the service.
Candidate must be:
• Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of experience
• Should be well versed with Companies Act, Direct Tax, GST, Accounting Standards & INDAS
• Candidate with experience in Big 4 will be preferred
