Senior Lead Marketing Operations - BCS (Banking and Cash Solutions)

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and support ongoing reporting and tracking needs of the Banking and Cash Solutions advisor marketing program, training and webinar engagement

• Ongoing maintenance and support of business reporting leveraging multiple sources to support team leading and lagging indicator reporting structure

• Manage activities that support the development and tracking of advisor engagement in key programs within the business

• Collaborate closely with training managers to conduct pre-event administrative support and complete post-event administrative reporting work

• Produce and communicate ongoing reporting of advisor and client engagement leading indicators

• Support the implementation of complex direct to client communication strategies as needed

• Meet regularly with key stakeholders globally to ensure delivery of projects against timelines

• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to drive toward business results

• Develop or refine presentation decks for training initiatives or business reporting as needed

• Provide data analysis and insights as required to support relevant project initiatives, deliver periodic management information and enable continuous improvements.

• Help team manage direct to consumer marketing and communication processes and documentation before final sign-off by the business for implementation

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, excel, Power Point and some experience with Power BI.

• 5+ years’ relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly organized and able to work on multiple priorities.

• Strong verbal English language proficiency.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of or experience in Banking and Cash Solutions

• Knowledge of key banking regulations impacting client and advisor engagement

• Experience supporting a high-performing marketing, communications, and training organization in a highly regulated industry

• Training or education expertise through work experience, education or a combination of both
