Senior Leadership

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 12+ years of experience in Insurance Broking, with strong exposure to Employee Benefits (EB) and/or Non-EB (Commercial Lines) business
• Experience handling renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination for engineering risks.
• Good understanding of infrastructure sectors such as construction, power, renewable energy, manufacturing, roads, metro, ports, or industrial projects.
• Ability to prepare technical quotations, coverage comparisons, and policy wordings.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive new business acquisition and convert high-value opportunities in the Engineering & Project Insurance segment.
• Build, manage, and strengthen strategic client relationships.
• Develop and deliver customized insurance solutions for complex engineering, infrastructure, and project risks.
• Lead negotiations with clients and insurers to secure optimal coverage and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical, underwriting, and placement teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from business development and client acquisition to account management and renewals.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth and revenue expansion.
• Provide strategic risk advisory to clients on engineering and project insurance solutions.
