Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building next -generation applications for global customers. If you are passionate about cutting -edge technology and innovation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and deploy machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value (revenue, engagement, customer satisfaction).
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and domain experts to identify AI/ML opportunities that improve process efficiency.
Develop production -grade ML models for use cases such as customer experience enhancement, recommendation systems, content generation, and predictive analytics.
Monitor and continuously improve model performance through data enhancement, feature engineering, experimentation, and evaluation.
Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and contribute to innovation within the life sciences domain.
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with exposure to complex, scalable projects.
Strong expertise in one or more areas: Causal AI, Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Sequential Models, or Dimensionality Reduction.
Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in real -world environments.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment tools, etc.).
Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow or MLflow.
Hands -on experience with ML frameworks like scikit -learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Exposure to GenAI tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
