Senior Manager – Transactions & Advisory Group

Job Description Summary

Purpose of the role in 1-2 sentences

A client-facing real estate professional responsible for sourcing and executing commercial real estate

investment opportunities, managing investor relationships (UHNIs, HNIs, family offices, developers),

and supporting end-to-end transaction execution and investment materials.

• Engage with UHNIs, family offices, and developers to build a robust pipeline and convert relationships

into investment opportunities.

• Source and evaluate CRE deals using market intelligence and on-ground insights, support negotiations

and due diligence.

• Work on live transactions including financial analysis (IRR, NPV, sensitivities), deal structuring, and

coordination with legal, technical, and financial teams.

• Prepare high-impact investment materials such as teasers, decks, market presentations, and investor

updates.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

across all deal stages.

• 4–6 years of experience in investment consulting, wealth management, or commercial real estate

advisory with investor-facing exposure.

• Strong financial modelling abilities and proficiency with Excel–based analyses (IRR, NPV, sensitivity

modelling).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present investment insights

to senior stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
