Job Summary

• At least 13-16 years of professional experience in the Analytics and consulting environment


• Good knowledge in data and Analytics. Health care/pharma domain understanding would be an added advantage.


• Experience in building ETL / data warehouse transformation processes.


• Strong knowledge of Data Management principles


• Good understanding of Databricks Data & AI platform and Databricks Delta Lake Architecture


• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering & Cloud(Azure) capabilities


• Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.


• Exposure to DS/AI/ML would be added advantage.


• Well versed with Scrum/Agile methodologies, Strategy, Pre-Sales


• Effective and efficient business planning skills


• Ability to influence and mobilize colleagues without direct reporting relationships.


• Grow and manage large teams with diverse skillsets.

Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
