Senior Manager – Accounts

The Project Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts will manage end\-to\-end accounting and finance projects while leading and mentoring accounting teams. The role ensures accurate financial operations, statutory compliance, timely closures, and high\-quality financial deliverables in alignment with organizational standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end\-to\-end accounting and finance\-related projects
  


• Lead and handle a team of accounting professionals
  


• Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely task closure
  


• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
  


• Handle month\-end and year\-end closing activities
  


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
  


• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
  


• Prepare, review, and present MIS reports and financial statements
  


• Track project timelines, deliverables, and financial accuracy
  


• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies
  

Requirements

• CA Qualified or CA Inter
  


• Strong experience in accounting operations and statutory compliance
  


• Proven team handling and people management experience
  


• Hands\-on experience with audits, MIS, and financial reporting
  


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence
  


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
