Job Description - Senior Manager / AGM F&A

Â·       Review, analysis and rating of Vendors /
Suppliers financials

Â·       Review Contracts – Payment Terms &
Conditions, penalties, compensation, etc.

Â·       Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the
preparation and monitoring of budgets, review and monitor costs.

Â· Financial Modeling (proficient in Excel) and Critically
Analysis of New Projects/Proposals

Â· Prepare financial models, CMAs, NBGs, proposal
notes, information memorandums and other material as per transaction
requirements in consonance with Lenders and Sector policies

Â· Coordinating and managing requirements of
technical, legal, financial due diligence

Â· Ensure timely draw -down and compliance of all pre
disbursement and post disbursement conditions incl. documentation, security
creation, etc.

Â· Track key performance indicators to monitor and
drive the financial performance

Â· Preparation, Analysis & Presentation of MIS,
Presentation, Variances & Key Observation Reports for Management Meetings
(BRC/Chairman/MD Meetings) etc.

Requirements

Qualification: CA Final / MBA
Finance (from reputed institution)

Experience: 6 to 10 years (RE /
Construction Background)

Team player with highest standards of integrity

• Good interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast -paced environment

• Positive attitude and be a problem -solver
