Senior Manager / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – International Sales

Marine & Oil & Gas | Navi Mumbai

Experience:

  • Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager: 4 – 8 Years

  • Senior Manager: 8 – 15 Years

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / MBA / MMS
Location: Navi Mumbai
Compensation: Best in Industry (Based on experience and fitment)

Summary

We are hiring for multiple positions in International Sales with a leading engineering solutions company catering to the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.

The organization specializes in Engine Spares & Services, Reliability Engineering, Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, and Engine Management Solutions for customers across India, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

The selected candidates will be responsible for expanding international business, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sales of high -value engineering products and services. Depending on the candidate's experience and demonstrated sales capabilities, the position will be offered at the Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager level.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international sales growth across the Middle East, Africa, and other strategic markets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle including:

    • Lead Generation

    • Opportunity Qualification

    • Technical Discussions

    • Proposal Preparation

    • Commercial Negotiations

    • Purchase Order Closure

  • Build and manage relationships with:

    • Ship Owners

    • Ship Management Companies

    • Fleet Operators

    • Offshore Operators

    • EPC Companies

    • Oil & Gas Companies

  • Develop strategic accounts and expand business with existing customers.

  • Promote engineering solutions related to:

    • Engine Spares & Services

    • Reliability Engineering

    • Condition Monitoring

    • Predictive Maintenance

    • Engine Management Solutions

  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.

  • Coordinate with internal technical, service, and delivery teams for successful project execution.

  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, exhibitions, and international business forums.

Product & Domain Exposure Preferred

Experience in sales of one or more of the following:

Marine & Propulsion Systems

  • Turbochargers

  • Blowers

  • Marine Couplings

  • Marine Governors

  • Thrusters

  • Propellers

  • CPP (Controllable Pitch Propeller)

  • FPP (Fixed Pitch Propeller)

  • Shaft Seals

Engine Components

  • Cylinder Heads

  • Cylinder Pistons

  • Conrods

  • Main Bearings

  • Cylinder Liners

  • Engine Spare Parts

  • O&M Spares

Engineering Solutions

  • Condition Monitoring

  • Reliability Engineering

  • Predictive Maintenance

  • Engine Health Monitoring

  • Engineering Services

Preferred OEM / Industry Exposure

Candidates from companies dealing with the following brands will be preferred:

  • MAN

  • Wärtsilä

  • Niigata

  • EMD

  • Kawasaki

  • Nakashima

  • Caterpillar

  • MTU

  • Daihatsu

Experience from Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Engine OEMs, Ship Management Companies, and Industrial Service Providers will be highly preferred.

Desired Skills

  • Strong B2B Technical Sales experience.

  • Ability to handle techno -commercial discussions independently.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Proven experience in managing long sales cycles and large accounts.

  • International customer exposure will be an added advantage.

  • Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow -up discipline.
